An Abstract on Strategic Program of the Statistics Management at Qom University of Medical Sciences – 2008

Introduction

Strategic objective is the long-term target of an organization. Objective in the organization and objective-based management is a major attitude and perspective for advanced and developed systems.

In each organization, manager needs to clarify long term and strategic objectives and do the operational planning based on those objectives. In a strategic attitude, all the organizational programs and plan must be accorded with the programs of the organization.

The Office of Statistics was established to collect, process and analyze the produced data and to observe administrative procedures and provide proper forms using the most recent technologies.

S1O1A2: Getting the final confirmation from the Office of Management to finalize the forms and sending them to the affiliated units and deputies to be filled out.

S1O1A3: Helping the colleagues and the staff in filling the forms as well as collecting them and feeding them into the computer
