General Objective: Introduction to physiopathology of heart and vascular diseases  

Special Objectives:

  1. Introduction to anatomy and physiology – paraclinical and ECG basics

  2. Familiarity pulmonary and cardiovascular blood pressure

  3. Introduction to heart disorders and emergencies

  4. Introduction to chest pain – shortness of breath, pulse, inflation, Cyanosis etc

  5. Introduction to the patient’s general conditions, artery examination, blood pressure measuring, examining veins and heart

Observing and examining the heart hits, listening to the heart, natural noises and unnatural noises of the heart based on physiology and physiopathology and the mechanisms     

6- Introduction to chest angina – myocarditis infarction

7- Introduction to mitral disorders, aorta, pulmonary artery, physiopathology, diagnosis, treatment and prevention

8- Introduction to heart muscle disorders, myocarditis, cardiomyopathy, reasons, types, physiopathology, diagnosis, treatment and prevention

9- Introduction to high rheumatism fever, reason, physiopathology, symptoms s, diagnosis, treatment and prevention

10 – Introduction to endocarditis – environmental vascular diseases

11- Introduction to congenital heart diseases: heart embryology, blood circulation in embryo, post-birth changes in blood circulation, reasons, physiopathology, diagnosis, treatment and prevention

12 – Introduction to basics of CPR

13 – Introduction to high blood pressure – tension

14 – Introduction to artery diseases, the big aorta: aortitis, Leriche Syndrome, Takayasu, Aneurysm and aorta tear. Small artery: Buerger’s disease, vasculites, embolism, reason. Physiopathology, diagnosis and prevention

15- Introduction to vein diseases: large veins, local veins, thrombophlebitis, thrombus, reason, physiopathology, diagnosis, treatment and prevention
