Admission of Iraqi students into MBBS Program
Dr. Saeed Shams, Director of International Affairs at the university, announced the admission of a number of Iraqi students into the MBBS program, independent of Iranian students.
Dr. Shams said: In cooperation with relevant departments of Qom University of Medical Sciences, the university has been accredited by the Supreme Planning Council for Medical Sciences and the Committee for Adaptation at the Ministry of Health in early 2023 to admit tuition-paying international students for this academic program. Thanks to the planning of the Vice-president for Education as well as the Vice-president for Culture And Students, the final enrolment of some of these students in MBBS was achieved recently.
He added that developing the internationalization of education is one of the priorities of the president of university and this issue is on the agenda of the Vice-president for Education and Director of International Affairs as well.
